Everything you need to know about working with erikservice — our services, process, timelines, pricing and support.

We're a full-stack digital agency, so we handle a project end to end: brand and visual identity, UX/UI design, web and web app development, e-commerce builds, content and copy, and ongoing growth work like SEO and performance optimization. Because design, build, and marketing sit under one roof, you avoid the handoff gaps that happen when separate vendors blame each other. If a piece of work falls outside our core, we'll tell you upfront rather than overpromise.

Start by reaching out through our contact form or email with a short description of your goals, timeline, and budget range. We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your business, then send a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, package, and price. Once you approve the proposal and the initial payment clears, we book your kickoff and reserve the team's capacity for your start date.

Every engagement runs through four phases: Discovery (goals, research, requirements), Design (wireframes, UI, prototypes you sign off on), Build (development in reviewable milestones), and Launch (QA, deployment, and handover). You approve the work at the end of each phase before we move forward, so there are no surprises at the end. We keep a shared roadmap so you can always see which phase we're in and what's coming next.

Most engagements run as either a 3-month or 6-month package. A focused build such as a marketing site or a brand refresh usually fits comfortably in the 3-month track, while a custom web app, e-commerce platform, or design-plus-ongoing-growth scope fits the 6-month track. After discovery we give you a phase-by-phase schedule with dates, and timelines hold as long as feedback and required assets arrive on the agreed days.

We work in two fixed packages: a 3-month package for a defined build or redesign, and a 6-month package for larger builds or build-plus-ongoing-growth work. Each package is quoted as a flat price in your proposal with the deliverables, number of revision rounds, and payment schedule spelled out, so there are no hourly surprises. We typically split payment across the engagement, with the first installment due to confirm your start date. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before any work begins.

Yes. We regularly improve, extend, or migrate existing sites, apps, and brand systems rather than rebuilding from scratch, and we start with an audit to see what's worth keeping. If your current foundation is healthy we build on it; if it's holding you back, we'll explain the trade-offs honestly and let you decide. Either way you keep full access to your existing accounts, code, and assets throughout.

You do. Once the project is paid in full, all final deliverables, code, designs, and brand assets transfer to you, and we hand over the source files and repository access. Any third-party tools, fonts, stock media, or licensed plugins are documented so you know what carries its own license. We may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us to keep it private.

We choose the stack to fit your goals rather than forcing one toolset on every client, working across modern frameworks for web and apps, established CMS and e-commerce platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and headless setups, and reliable cloud hosting. We favor proven, well-supported, maintainable technology over trendy choices so your project is easy to update later. If you have an existing stack or in-house team, we'll work within it where it makes sense.

You get a single point of contact, a shared project space for tasks and files, and a regular progress update so you always know status without chasing us. Each package includes defined revision rounds at the design and build stages so feedback is built into the process, not treated as an extra. After launch we provide a handover with documentation plus a support window for fixes, and ongoing maintenance or growth retainers are available if you'd like us to keep looking after the site or app.
